After weeks of battling RSV and other complications, Isabella was rushed into emergency surgery. Four feet of her small intestine had gone necrotic. In less than 24 hours, she endured two major surgeries. The doctors planned to go in again, but her little body couldn’t keep up—her heart and lungs began to fail, and by the next morning, there was no brain activity.

She passed on her father's birthday, surrounded by love, at 8:26pm.

Isabella was a light in this world. In her short time here—born on February 16, 2023—she gave and received nothing but unconditional love. Her laugh, her hugs, her presence touched everyone around her. She leaves behind not only her grieving parents but also her 4-year-old big sister, Jazlynn, who is now learning what it means to lose someone so close.
